Well as expected the weekend was a bit of a blow out however the sea has recovered beautiful and is looking absolutely peachy this afternoon (Tuesday).

There’s decent viz both north and south coast however not a lot of fish being reported coming out. South coast there’s still Snoek, Couta, GT’s and Blacktip kingies coming out recently and Geelbek and Daga salmon coming out on the north coast.

Brusher should start making an appearance with big shoals of Garrick arriving with the shad.

Tomorrow we have absolutely ballistic weather with just about zero wind and calm sea’s with surf predicted at 1.2m 9 seconds from the SE.

We are just off Spring tides with high tide at 07h00/19h30 and low tide at 13h01.

Sea temps are around 21 to 22 degC with light current reported up and down the Coast.

Only netting for Sardines today was at Kelso on the south coast with one net pulled and one empty net pulled. The action should spice up again soon when those big shoals arrive from the Transkei.

As always dive safe and straight spears from the Bear.
