Well yes the swell did drop off today and the sea came nice and clean on the South coast! We have a light NE wind blowing atm here in Durban which will pick up speed towards Saturday afternoon.
Sea is looking very flat this afternoon with a light chop on it with decent colour down south coast and colour improvement in the north coast especially by Tongaat.
With fish this week we have Noah Whittle with a decent Daga salmon and a Brusher Boat south and Master Paul Mundell with a decent Wahoo on a shore entry south! Aweh lads decent fish!
Sardines were around plenty middle south coast today with netting taking place at Scottburgh and Umgababa. There were lots of bird’s diving and dolphin hunting between Scottburgh and Park Rynie this morning.
We have full moon tonight with spring tides tomorrow with high tide at 04h20/16h05 and low tide at 10h05.
Please don’t forget to get your entries in for Natal Champs end of the month the prize pool is looking awesome!
Shot for a dive is early bells Saturday morning with the bias towards south coast if you can get there then the wind blows for the rest of the weekend.
As always dive safe and straight spears from the Bear.
