Hi peeps and welcome to another Bear report brought to you by Mydo bait swimmers.

Well yes the sea came right from Wednesday and is absolutely ballistic today with a 1.1m swell running a light onshore blowing and sea temps up a bit between 20 and 22 degC.

We have a SN current pushing in most spots bringing in that warmer water however we have a front moving through Saturday with a SW buster predicted to come through early bells.

So the conditions look way better Sunday so the Natal Champs has been postponed to Sunday now due to the blow and surf picking up.

Sunday we have a light offshore in the morning with a moderate NE wind blowing later in the day. Swell bigger in the south at 1.8m and smaller in the north at 1.5m.

Fish around atm are Brusher (Kelso to Bluff), Shoals of big Garrick still moving North, Snoek action is sporadic from Umkomaas to Umhlanga and the usual Daga salmon and Geelbek (Cap salmon) out deep.

We have neaps tides on Monday with high tide tomorrow at 06h35 /18h40 and low tide at 12h35.

Sardnie action reported down by Port Shepstone and no one netting today as of yet.

There’s decent viz North coast and From the Bluff all the way down to Port Edward!

As always dive safe and straight spears from the Bear.
