So weekend was write off as was to be expected with the weather and rain we have had in KZN.
Today the weather changed and it’s been a fairly calm day with a light SE to Southerly wind blowing and the sea has glassed off this afternoon. Seems like at the moment you can only trust weather prediction of 48hrs or less.
That said we have NE again for the next couple of day’s and what looks like ballistic weather and conditions coming up this weekend.
Couple pics I missed in Fridays report well done Heath and Zander with some lekker Couta off salties! Zanders Croc Couta 20.7kg Aweh! And we have Garryd with a lekker Snoek Couta combo ALSO north coast Aweh!
Colour wise it’s not brown at Westbrook but deep dark green…an improvement none the less! Salties still brown same with Umhlanga rocks and Umdloti. Meh!
Tomorrow high tides are 06h00 and 18h00 with low tide at 12h00. We heading into neaps on the weekend.
Swell will still be 2m from the East at 11 seconds tomorrow morning with the NE wind picking up speed during the day.
Current has slacked off from 2 days of NS to almost offshore on the north coast this arvo. Sea temps are down a bit to around 23 to 24 degC.
As always dive safe and straight spears from the Bear.
