Hi peeps and welcome to another Bear report brought to you by Mydo bait swimmers.

So yeah it’s been three to four days without any flooding in KZN…Aweh hahaha!

Viz is returning albeit it being 3 to 4m you can at least see fish! Water has warmed up nicely with some spots showing 26 to 27 degC!

Current in the main is SN however from Hibberdene and down there was a pumping NS current with lower temps. We have a Dr SW wind blowing atm at about 15 to 20knts and we will have a moderate to light SW Dr wind blowing Wednesday as well.

Swell gets more structure Wednesday coming in at 2m 14 second’s from the south! So go wax those stix and do some trix in the morning before the wind mushers it later in the morning.

Even in the crappy viz we’ve been having guy’s are seeing and getting Couta! Wel done Master Louis Schourie diving into the dark to get a Couta on the north coast yesterday! And well done Master Bruce getting a decent Couta in the murk on the weekend North! Well done Christo Muller getting a prize Rocksalmon at Sheffield this weekend! Aweh lad’s!

So ja if you seeing Couta in 3 to 4m viz there are plenty around! Snoek are still on the inshore and two Garrick came out over the weekend. One at Margate and one at Chain pool Umdloti. Game on peeps!

We had spring tides over the weekend and we heading towards neaps this weekend with a high tide at 06h00/18h00 and low tide at 12h00 Wednesday.

Time in the water even if it’s crappy makes you lucky! Aweh

As always dive safe and straight spears from the Bear
